Consultant - Property

. Our property team have achieved the biggest single fee in their history!!

. Their biggest individual contract month as well as a record month, record quarter and record profit. The team is now 13 strong and growing!!

. This year's performance was underpinned by the teams’ incredible work-rate and laser focus on the right behaviours – this gives us confidence moving into this quarter and beyond that despite nervous market sentiment, a flight-to-quality will see us continue to perform well in 2023.

. With that in mind, we’re looking to bolster the team to support in existing markets as well as enter new ones.

. Previous Property & Real Estate experience is not necessary, but an ability to work-hard, to be coachable and to care about delivery for your clients and candidates is.”

About the role 

CONSULTANT 

As a consultant you will hold a strong candidate network which you will look to simultaneously build and maintain as you identify clients to build long lasting relationships with. Using a variety of tools and techniques you will be focused on networking to attract high quality business from client companies.  Your success will be seen through revenue generation and repeat business where you have worked hard to focus on a strategy that allows your candidate and client strategy to complement.
