I work as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at our Investigo London office. I have 5 years’ experience in recruitment, the last 4 years I have primarily spent working as TA in the Tech world placing individuals across both UK and European office locations. Here at Investigo, I focus on working with experienced recruitment consultants, finding them the best opportunities within our Public Sector, BI&Data and Finance & Banking teams! I am part of the Talent Acquisition team at the IN Group where I look after recruitment for our Technology Transformation & Change teams, Exec Search business and our consultancy, Definia. I have a background in recruiting into the technology recruitment market throughout the UK and am passionate about using my creative background to create new systems and processes in the way I work. I believe that there are always ways to improve and innovate in every aspect of the recruitment process, with the goal of every candidate having the best possible experience from end to end!

As a Talent Acquisition Lead with Investigo’s U.S. business, I support the hiring for our Life Sciences, Medical Communications, and Strategy/Consulting divisions across our New York, Philadelphia, and San Diego offices! My professional career began in Tech sales, which then quickly evolved into the recruiting and staffing world as an agency recruiter, and ultimately led me to where I am today in Internal Talent Acquisition. Given that interviewing is a two-way street, I have a real passion for “candidate experience” and my goal is to continue growing out our US business with the most talented, ambitious recruiters of all levels by providing a transparent, informative, and truly enjoyable process.
