Our Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) aims to do just that.


Our Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) is a tax-efficient reward scheme that we use to recognise and incentivise our leadership team, our biggest billers and the individuals who achieve Partner status within our Exec practice. It’s a market-leading scheme, and an exciting wealth creation opportunity for our top talent.

Our 2013 MBO (backed by Investec) gave us the platform to not only reward and retain key people but also to attract the entrepreneurially-minded talent we need to fuel our future growth. Our strategic partnership with Career International allowed us to extend the scope of our LTIP to a wider selection of people - not just people leaders. People who achieve Partner and Senior Principal status also have the opportunity to benefit from our new LTIP.

How does it work?

The LTIP is calculated using the NET Profit on the respective P&L in the previous 12-month period. It’s already paid out twice and our scheme is planned for 2022, so it’s not too late to join us and benefit.
