LET'S TALK INCENTIVES
We’ve been pretty successful so far - we’ve grown our turnover year-on-year to more than £150m - and we put that success down to two factors. The first is our vibrant, entrepreneurial culture. Our Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) aims to do just that.
WHAT IS THE INVESTIGO LTIP?
Our Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) is a tax-efficient reward scheme that we use to recognise and incentivise our leadership team, our biggest billers and the individuals who achieve Partner status within our Exec practice. It’s a market-leading scheme, and an exciting wealth creation opportunity for our top talent.
Our 2013 MBO (backed by Investec) gave us the platform to not only reward and retain key people but also to attract the entrepreneurially-minded talent we need to fuel our future growth. Our strategic partnership with Career International allowed us to extend the scope of our LTIP to a wider selection of people - not just people leaders. People who achieve Partner and Senior Principal status also have the opportunity to benefit from our new LTIP.
How does it work?
The LTIP is calculated using the NET Profit on the respective P&L in the previous 12-month period.
